If your intent is to buy it because you believe that it is more effective to use and do exercises as appose to other abs exercises. The name of the Ab Lounge is absolutely correct; you get to lounge on it. If you would just like a machine that will help you with abs exercises even though they are less efficient it is better doing plain old crunches than spend your money on an a machine. If you have a bad back and believe that purchasing the abs lounge will help you do ab exercises then by all means purchase the abs lounge, if your looking for extra furniture that you can lounge in around your living room then by all means invest in the abs lounge.

However if you would like to either save your money and put it to better use then I suggest you keeping doing crunches have a proper workout routine and find a proper diet for yourself.
