<p>Doing your standing exercises is great for pregnant women, people with back or neck, if you just want to mix things up. <p>All you have to do for this one, is stand with your legs a little wider. Instead of bending forward you bend to your side, driving your elbow to your knee. <p>You stand nice and tall. Then you put your hand behind your head or neck. You then bring opposite elbow to opposite knee. So your bend a little forward and bring your right elbow towards your left knee. At the same time you are lifting your knee so the two meet or attempt to meet halfway through the exercise. You can do two sets of 30 on each side.</p>
